What We Do

We work in elementary schools in Lloydminster to provide students with programs geared towards helping them gain positive coping strategies and resiliencies.

We partner with community organizations to provide mental health programs and activities in the community during the summer.

We provide information and activities online for children, parents and families to access through our website, social media and schools web pages.

Our School Programs
Our school programs are age appropriate and are based on best practice research. At different grade levels, students will receive in-class programs that are intended to promote positive mental well-being. Some of the topics covered in these programs are:
- Mindfulness
- Emotions and Emotion regulation
- Friendships
- Stress and Worry
- Social Skills
- Self Care
